These conference fees include a copy of the proceedings, the conference reception and banquet, lunches and coffee breaks. PaymentPayments for the conference may be made by credit cards or by bank transfer. CancellationRefunds for cancellation are 75% before May 15th. The full amount is due after May 15th. Replacement is possible without cost at any date.Pending amountIn case the payment is not received and confirmed before the start of the conference, payment will be required on site. InvitationsRegistered participants whose registration fee has been paid in full may ask for a letter of invitation, as may be required for instance for a visa application. Letters will only be sent by post or fax and only to the individual registered. Proceed to online registration.
