These instructions apply to the camera-ready versions for the BNAIC proceedings.

LaTeX users

Use this package containing:

  • The bnaic.sty style file to be used with the article document class
  • The files authorinstr.tex and mybibfile.bib containing directions and examples In the end, it should look like this.

    MS Word users

    Use this file as an example/template. In the end, it should look like this.

    Presentation

    • Your presentation is scheduled for 20 mins, followed by 5 mins discussion
    • A computer running Windows with USB, Acrobat reader, PowerPoint will be available.
    • a data projector (from the ceiling) will be available
    • You can also use your own laptop if wished
    • Please be present 10 mins before the start of your sessions to meeet the session chair and to test your presentation.

    Posters

    • Please bring your poster with you, of size A0 maximum, and pins to affix it.
    • there will be panels for poster around the coffee break zone near Auditorium D2
    • you are kindly asked to affix your poster as soon as possible, normally during the morning registration (Thursday 5 Oct 8h30-9h30)
    • there is a special session for posters Thursday 5 Oct at 16h00; I kindly ask you to present your poster at that time.
    • furthermore, all participants will be invited to look at posters during coffee and lunch breaks. It would be nice if you can be near your poster at that time, for more individual questions, but of course don't starve!
