E-mail Board Meeting of Oct. 25, 1994

The Board decided unanimously:

• the creation of two new sites in ModelAge:
  1. Birmingham, headed by Mark Ryan;
  2. Hannover, headed by Wolfgang Nejdl.
  The budget of the new sites will only start on the second ModelAge year. It will be computed by the same productivity measures as for all sites, applied to the individuals moving to the new sites.
• In principle, no further sites should be created.
