Budget

divided in :

• a central part, 20 K ECU for workshop organisation etc.
• a part allocated each year to sites on basis of their productivity of past year. The coordinator will make a proposal for measuring this productivity. For the first year, 4K ECU per site will be allocated.

1. Every member has to belong to at least one SG.
2. Only travel and accommodation to member sites and meeting places are eligible.
3. All travels should be first approved by a SG leader or the coordinator (to ensure that they fit in the work plan).
4. At least 2 members of each site should be present at the WSs/GMs.
